A Business Development Manager role has become available with a leading financial institution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mid-market banking, specifically in developing and maintaining relationships with business owners across various industries. You will need to have a strong understanding of commercial products and be able to provide tailored solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with suitable solutions by understanding their needs
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
- Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product teams
- Managing credit and operational risks
The successful candidate will have the ability to build long-term customer relationships, negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities, and drive efficiency and create long-term value for the customer's business goals.
