Residence Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residence Coordinator to work closely with our residence department at our South Brisbane Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish successful partnerships between students and prospective host families.
  • Recruit suitable host families in line with our policies and plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer care for Host Family phone calls and enquiries.
  • Visit prospective hosts to assess their suitability.
  • Track weekly recruitment statistics in collaboration with the Accommodation Team and School Director.
  • Ensure a high level of support service to host families and international students.
  • Maintain accurate records of homestay providers.
  • Share emergency on-call duties with other school staff.
