The Meat & Wine Co Safari is seeking a seasoned Guest Relations and Events Professional to foster lasting connections with valued guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction through exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships between our restaurant group and valued guests, including understanding preferences and requirements.
  • Enhance guest relations, engagement, satisfaction, and sales of top VIP and loyalty programs.
  • Promote and increase sign-ups for the Dining Rewards Club.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel concierge teams, event coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct site tours for potential clients and guests.
  • Attend networking events to attract new business.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Department and Reservations teams to plan and execute private events and VIP Bookings.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Experience with Sevenrooms an advantage.
  • A full-time contract.
