Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside clients and provide various support duties including personal care, social support, transport, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You will be working as part of a small team led by an experienced manager and will have access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Assist with active movement and manual handling
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Provide domestic assistance in the home
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
  • An Open Driver's License
  • A First Aid Certificate and CPR within the last 12 months
  • The ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
