We are seeking a highly skilled Geographic Information Systems Manager to lead and oversee service desk and systems administration functions across our organisation.

This role will involve ensuring seamless IT service delivery, driving performance across BAU, project, and transformation initiatives, and championing continuous improvement through ITIL-aligned practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and passion for SaaS/cloud solutions
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL practices, ITIL certification highly regarded
