Overview The Urban Development Institute of Australia (the Institute) is a national not-for-profit organisation representing the property development industry.
Established in 1971, the Queensland office is the largest of the UDIA state bodies.Our members are property development professionals and our business is about building communities.
The Institute is made up of a head office in Brisbane, complemented by 13 regional branches around the state.The Information Systems Manager will lead, develop and maintain the Institute's information systems environment with a key focus on Salesforce, ensuring it operates as a strategic business tool that supports and empowers staff, drives value for members, and supports organisational growth.Responsibilities Acting as the key architect for the Institute's Salesforce environment, ensuring its alignment with organisational objectivesLeading the continuous improvement and management of information systems to support business processes and member service deliveryCritically assessing requests for system changes, ensuring they align with business goals, add value, and maintain system integritySupporting staff to effectively use Salesforce, empowering them through training, documentation, and systems educationEnsuring data quality, security, and integrity within Salesforce and integrated systemsManaging and delivering information systems projects within budget and agreed timelinesManaging vendor relationships relevant to the Institute's information systemsDeveloping and maintaining system documentation and proceduresContributing to strategic planning and reporting on system utilisation and improvementsTeam culture and energy are important to us; we have a close-knit team who think on their feet, are energetic, and love what we do.Requirements At least five years of experience management in a professional environmentStrong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, administration, and integrations is advantageousDemonstrated ability to critically assess business needs and translate them into system solutions that add valueExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDemonstrated experience in training and empowering staff to use systems effectivelyHigh-level oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts clearlyConscientious, diligent, and reliable, with a commitment to upholding the organisation's valuesAbility to work independently with initiative while contributing to a collaborative team cultureRemuneration in line with evidence of skills and experience.We want to hear from you If you think you\'re the right person for the job, we want to hear from you.
