About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Global Head of Finance and Operations. This is a key role that requires a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendars of the Global Head of Finance and Operations, including scheduling across time zones.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate requirements, and ensure preparation of agendas, minutes, reports, and action registers.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Global Head of Finance and Operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of annual operational budgets.
  • Support monthly financial requirements with summaries, variance analysis, and trend reports.
  • Assist with coordinating forecasting processes with regional finance teams.
  • Assist the finance team with maintaining an accurate balance sheet, ensuring timely recording and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Assist with reporting on planned and actual capital expenditures for campus improvements and other capital improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the Global Head of Finance, Global Finance Operations Manager, and regional stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with finance teams across multiple regions.
  • Recognise process improvement opportunities and implement as needed to ensure best practices.

  • Ability to develop positive, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mature, ethical, and respectful communication style.

  • Team player with a flexible and self-motivated mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting CFOs or senior finance executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial processes and project management.
  • A background in the professional consulting services space will be highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software tools.
