About the Role

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for leading teams across our Online department to put customer satisfaction first through the day-to-day management of online orders.

This full-time role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.

You will manage and distribute online orders to the team of Personal Shoppers, working cohesively across our Grocery & Fresh Departments, and being an advocate for accurate picking and substitutions.

Your key performance indicators include delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Online team, while maintaining a strong focus on OH&S and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading teams to achieve order windows and targets
  • Managing online orders and distribution to Personal Shoppers
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Advocating for accurate picking and substitutions
  • Maintaining OH&S and safety standards
Requirements:

Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
