About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the last point of contact to offer a great shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park and surrounding areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Working Hours

Monday 16:00:00-20:00:00, Wednesday 15:00:00-18:00:00 and Saturday 17:15:00-21:15:00.
