About the Role

This is a full-time EA position that involves leading teams across our Online department to prioritize customer satisfaction and team performance through daily management of online orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and distributing online orders to Personal Shoppers, working collaboratively with Grocery & Fresh Departments, and advocating for accurate picking and substitutions.

Key responsibilities include delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Online team, maintaining strong focus on OH&S and safety, and being adaptable to achieve order windows and targets.
