Workday Implementation Project Lead

As part of an exciting uplift to our corporate systems, we are embarking on an implementation of Workday across our People, Payroll, and Finance operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Cuscal's Workday project has best practice change management, the Cuscal team adopts the systems enthusiastically and that change resistance is identified, documented and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive change management plans to support the implementation of Workday">
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that change management, communications, and training plans are appropriate and have business stakeholder support">
  • Leading the development and delivery of communications and training in conjunction with rest of the project team, business stakeholders and SMEs">

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management roles, planning and leading on complex technology projects across the human resources and finance domains">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of structured change management principles, approaches, methodologies, and tools">
  • Strong experience managing change risks">
  • Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills">
  • Flexible and adaptable: able to work in ambiguous situations">
