Job Summary

The Project and Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting various projects and workstreams across different business units.

This includes coordinating project sessions, facilitating meetings, and providing drafting support for meeting materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in project management, administration, or change support, and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Prepare project templates and artefacts using MS Office software
  • Coordinate project sessions and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
  • Provide drafting support for meeting materials
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting to support compliance and inform leadership decision-making
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in project, program, and governance
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Project, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
