Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Store Operations Specialist to join our teams across multiple locations on a PPT basis. This role will involve assisting and supporting store teams to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support store teams to maintain effective operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture within the store environment.
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 based on location and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including up to 40% discount on products, generous product allowance, and parental leave package.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in a similar role or related field would be highly regarded.

Please note that the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trial period if you have no prior experience working for MECCA Brands.
