Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager (Beauty Expert) to join our team in Parramatta Store. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in delivering an unbeatable client experience and exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for leading by example, motivating and coaching your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Deliver a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to clients, embodying Sephora's DNA.
  • Sales Performance: Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Team Leadership: Facilitate open communication, provide effective feedback, and promote a positive culture within the team.
Requirements:
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Leadership Skills: Motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Client Service: Passionate about delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Cultural Fit: Strong alignment with Sephora's values and commitment to inclusivity.
