The Sales Director – Loyalty Solutions role is a strategic position responsible for driving growth in one of the company's most important product verticals.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities for Epsilon's loyalty platform across priority sectors.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contracting, and handover to delivery teams.
- Act as a loyalty expert, guiding clients through program design, data activation, and customer value strategies.
This full-time position is based in Sydney, with travel requirements as needed.
About the RoleWe seek an experienced enterprise sales professional with 10+ years' expertise in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or martech.
- Proven track record selling consultative solutions into large organizations with complex sales cycles.
- Deep knowledge of loyalty technology, data strategy, and personalized marketing.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, with influence at senior levels.
