About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi-sector university as a Senior Change Analyst, focusing on technology and digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will develop and execute change management strategies that address both technical and people-side impacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of change management plans for technology-related projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex changes into stakeholder-friendly communication and training.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups to understand impacts and tailor change approaches.
  • Deliver change activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Manage and report on change progress, adoption rates, and resistance points.
  • Ensure the effective integration of people, process, and technology changes.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Change Analyst role in a project delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Change Management methodology (e.g. PROSCI).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity.
  • Experience in delivering project change across private sector organisations preferable, but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and the impacts of technology change on users.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in technical environments.
  • Experience in delivering change for technology solutions, including systems implementations and process optimizations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality change initiatives.
