Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading Change Management services on complex programmes, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project delivery and end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of organisational change. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-honed executive presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Take briefs from clients, providing direction and next steps, and follow up as necessary.
- Scope change management work and make resourcing estimates.
- Analyse clients' businesses, operations, and structures to understand potential impacts from change and determine the level of management required.
- Propose solutions to reduce unfavourable impacts of organisational changes.
- Meet and present to executive stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides.
- Propose strategic tactics to manage organisational changes, leading to desired outcomes.
- Execute plans, schedule, report on progress, raise risks and issues, maintain effective relationships, and support project team members.
- Evaluate and measure the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage, and adoption.
- Apply Project Management principles, as well as Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.
- Provide the necessary level of support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project.
- 6-9 years of experience in Change Management roles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science, or similar.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-honed executive presentation skills.
- Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.
- Desire and ability to mentor Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team.
