About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading change management services on complex programs, working directly with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management services on complex programs, working directly with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Take briefs from clients, providing direction, indicating next steps, and following up.
  • Scope change management work, making resourcing estimates, and analyzing client business, operations, and structure to understand potential impact from change.
  • Propose solutions to reduce unfavorable impacts of organizational changes, meeting and presenting to executive stakeholders, and preparing business documents and slides.
  • Propose strategic tactics to manage organizational changes, executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Evaluate and measure the success of change interventions, applying Project Management principles, Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.
  • Provide the needed level of support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring in-depth knowledge of project delivery and end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of organizational change. Typically, Senior Change Managers have:

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Change Management roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, often in Psychology and Organizational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioral Science, or similar.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills.
  • A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.
  • A desire and ability to mentor Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team.
