The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to club sales targets using promotions and referral campaigns. You will generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and seeking referrals. Your goal is to achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.

You will provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating positive and personalized member journeys. Our ideal candidate is a people person who can build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and has a desire to help others succeed.

  • We are seeking candidates with current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and show resilience is also essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing, are necessary for success in this role.
