The opportunity:

  • Member Engagement Specialists play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
  • They are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.
  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively contribute to sales growth through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk.
  3. Member Retention: Regularly communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Communication: Outstanding communication skills, including listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others.
  6. Tenacity: Tenacious with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
