We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Member Support Consultants. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in the fitness industry and make a real difference in people's lives.

Job Description

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, while also providing exceptional customer service to existing members.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive sales activities, including generating and converting high-quality sales leads, providing sales presentations and tours, and creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
