The Opportunity

Our Member Support Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to club sales targets using promotions and referral campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create positive and personalized member journeys.
  • Respond successfully to inquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the roster.
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire continued fitness journeys.
  • Make regular service calls to members to keep them engaged and recommend products.

About You

  • First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help others succeed.
  • Problem-solving skills and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing.
  • Tenacity and drive to meet targets.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
