The Role:
  • You'll be the driving force behind our business, promoting and representing our company's values and culture.
  • You'll seek out new members and demonstrate why we are the best place for them to achieve their fitness objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • New membership sales: Manage and grow our member base.
  • Generate leads through creative techniques, promoting facilities to local businesses and the community.
  • Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting features and benefits that meet identified fitness needs.
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Track leads, appointments, and sales daily on our CRM.
  • Work with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry.
  • A financially motivated person with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive Lead Generation mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and a desire to help others succeed.
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about our brand.
