Program Overview
The ANZ Graduate Leadership Program at Thermo Fisher Scientific is a two-year program designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders. The program provides a unique opportunity for science, engineering, and business graduates to gain valuable skills and experience in a global leader in the industry.
Key Program Components
- Three job rotations in different facets of the organization, allowing participants to acquire experience and exposure to Thermo Fisher's core processes, technologies, and leaders.
- A structured learning program focusing on increasing self-awareness, learning from others, and developing critical competencies for ongoing success.
- Induction program, cohort activities, business impact projects, and exposure to senior leadership team.
- Specific skills development trainings on topics such as communication, influencing skills, self-awareness, and management fundamentals.
- Access to Thermo Fisher's online learning library and career mentoring in the second year.
Program Benefits
Upon completion of the program, participants will have gained valuable skills and experience, and will be ready to take up a variety of roles within the organization. The program will provide participants with an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility, and develop a strong company network.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree graduating in 2024 or graduated in 2023.
- Science, business, and engineering degrees, with a preference for double degrees.
- Previous relevant work experience, including internships.
- Desire for a career in a leadership role within a global organization.
- Energized through change, with the ability to adapt to new assignments, managers, and businesses.
- Ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and drive for results.
- Business understanding of metrics, budgets, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong professional presence.
- Authorization to work in Australia without restriction.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the program.
