Job Role

Our organization seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support AI-driven initiatives and contribute to transformation efforts within our Strategy and Transformation department.

This role combines strategic insight, technical expertise, and delivery focus, requiring the ability to work across business and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for value creation and develop strategic plans.
  • Align project requirements with organizational goals and contribute to business case development.
  • Document requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with AI experts to design AI solutions and analyze data flows.
  • Contribute to process improvements, map workflows, and support change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, communicate complex concepts, build relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform data analysis, define data requirements, support dashboard development, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis with a technical focus, preferably in transformation or digital programs.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies.
  • Experience with agile tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
