Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build key relationships with OEM partners for all strategic and operational aspects.
- Design and align market strategy with OEM objectives to deliver on performance requirements.
- Negotiate and agree product portfolios, FOB pricing, and distribution agreements with OEM partners.
- Lead OEM distribution businesses to maximise commercial opportunities from existing partners.
- Create and drive strategic plans aligned to DE for distribution over 5 years.
- Substantial leadership experience (10+ years) demonstrating significant contributions to business success.
- Demonstrable track record of achievement in developing collaborative OEM relationships and delivering commercial performance.
- Experience in leading significant change in large complex organisations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related disciplines.
