Job Overview:

As a key member of our facility management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial site. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate facility management services, working closely with various tradespeople and reporting directly to the Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Statutory Maintenance: Ensure that all statutory maintenance requirements are met and monitored regularly.
  • Financial Management: Manage and report financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resources.
  • Forecasting and Adaptability: Develop forecasts for planned works and adapt to changing priorities, ensuring seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and the ability to work flexibly in a complex environment.
