Site Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate day labour and subcontractors, ensuring that all material and equipment is on site in time and suitable to the project's requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with labourers and subcontractors, attending toolbox meetings, and maintaining site registers, diaries including progression photos. They will also ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with current standards & codes, and assist in compliance of site safety, workplace injuries, workers comp legislation, regulations, standards and codes.

Key skills and qualifications include experience in managing sites (ideally, commercial, retail, residential and industrial construction), ability to read and understand drawings and documentation, local Australian experience, knowledge of Australian building standards, Construction Industry Induction cardholder, strong communication skills and attention to detail, and ability to achieve results within schedule.
