Industrial Design Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Design Coordinator to join our team in Sydney's Western region. This role will involve producing construction design documents for various industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction design plans for industrial projects
  • Collaborate with the project team, external consultants, and site personnel to ensure timely completion of design tasks
  • Produce concept drawings, site sketches, and other required documentation
  • Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient in Revit software and experienced in lodging CC and CDC applications
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Prior experience working with head contractors delivering new build construction projects is highly desirable
