About the Role

The Company is a leader in the health and wellness sector, established 20 years ago. As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the foundation for a well-established B2B client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-existing client accounts, from large pharmacies to smaller wellness clinics
  • Process client communications, orders, and upsell new products
  • Answer inbound and action outbound calls regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability
  • Assist with creating monthly reports and other business reports as needed
  • Process order reports daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Support the sales team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms
  • Manage stakeholder and client relationships to a high standard

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
  • A strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • Availability for 5 days onsite
  • An autonomous approach to your work
