Senior Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our mental health and community services teams. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in leadership, social work, psychology, or community development.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As a senior service manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will also have a strong understanding of mental health and community services, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage mental health and community services teams

- Fully qualified Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or similar
- Leadership or senior experience in Mental Health or Community Services
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
