The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including employers and clients. You will work closely with a team of professionals to deliver tailored employment solutions and achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure employment opportunities for clients with local employers
- Support clients in identifying skills to become job-ready
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance clients' employability through training and support service referrals
- Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
