Job Description

This role focuses on driving strategic impact by aligning performance with organizational purpose.

  • The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of our total remuneration and performance strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • The annual remuneration review and performance cycle will be driven to ensure fairness, equity, compliance, and alignment to our strategic direction.
  • A trusted advisor will support senior leaders in internal and external hiring decisions, role assessments, and reward frameworks.
  • Educational programs will be designed and delivered to build leader capability in all things reward and performance.
  • Existing processes will be reviewed and optimized to create simplified, efficient, and people-first experiences.
  • Support will be provided for projects and initiatives across the broader people portfolio as a hands-on, solutions-focused partner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An HR or business-related degree is highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience in performance, reward, or total remuneration roles is required.
  • Deep knowledge of reward and benefits strategy, trends, governance, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
  • A strong analytical mindset is necessary to interpret data and market intelligence and inform decisions.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Confidence navigating HRIS and performance/reward platforms is necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments is crucial.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with rolling up sleeves when needed is key.
  • Credibility can be quickly built, and communication must be clear and effective.
  • Independence, managing competing priorities, and delivering with precision are essential.
