- Lead high-impact performance testing initiatives across enterprise-grade systems.
- Conduct detailed analysis of system architecture, performance metrics, and resource utilisation.
- Deliver expert insight into memory, CPU, and thread dump analysis, monitoring traces, and workload modelling recommendations.
- Develop and enhance monitoring alerts, server health checks, and utilisation metrics.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders with confidence.
- 8+ years of experience in performance testing, engineering, and analysis.
- Expertise in performance testing scripting and execution.
- Proven ability to implement AI-driven performance insights and automation tools.
- Strong experience with system and application monitoring, memory/threads analysis, user session and transaction-level diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
