Are you ready to drive high-impact delivery and lead teams to deliver outcomes that matter?

You will be responsible for aligning work to business goals, enabling flow, and ensuring value lands early and often.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coach delivery excellence, uplifting delivery capability in squads, chapters, and leadership through coaching, mentoring, and practical support tailored to context.

You will orchestrate ways of working, designing, embedding, and optimising delivery approaches that suit each team's maturity and business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clarity and alignment by facilitating planning, roadmap execution, dependency management, and prioritisation to keep everyone focused and in sync.
  • Manage risk without killing momentum by guiding teams through governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks while protecting delivery velocity and innovation.
  • Build delivery culture by championing continuous improvement, psychological safety, and a bias for action – creating environments where people can do their best work.
  • Lead through insight, using data, metrics, and retrospectives to improve predictability, flow, and value delivered.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience delivering complex initiatives at scale across Agile and hybrid environments, deep expertise in Agile delivery, planning cadences, team rituals, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.

Additionally, you will have strong grasp of governance, risk, compliance, and financial alignment, as well as data fluency and exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
