About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Vinnies retail team in Hornsby on a casual basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to learn different aspects of store operations, utilise your fashion sense or experience in the industry, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures;
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor;
  • Utilise your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising;
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines;
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.
Your Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will be required to:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management;
  • Show flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times;
  • Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills;
  • Drive sales and contribute to the success of the store;
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and provide expert advice to customers.
Salary and Benefits
