Job Opportunity: Frontline Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontline Support Specialist to join our Disability Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support for individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement behaviour support strategies.
  • Mentor and guide staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in disability support with a focus on person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice.
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
  • Current Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence.
