As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence, social interaction, and overall wellbeing among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and delivery of lifestyle programs, ensuring residents have access to a range of activities and experiences.
  • Assist with assessments and reviews to identify residents' cultural, recreational, and leisure needs, and lifestyle interests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and friends.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults. If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care and experience working in residential aged care, we encourage you to apply. Your caring and compassionate nature, combined with your ability to work effectively in a team, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Current Working With Vulnerable People card
  • Australian working rights
