Identity Management Product Lead

The RoleThis role will serve as a critical member of the Identity Management squad within Coles' Cyber Security team. Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that drives high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a comprehensive roadmap for your product squad that aligns with business and product strategies.
- Utilize OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for your squads.
- Develop a backlog in collaboration with your Squad and crew lead, ensuring it aligns with business and product strategies.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog to deliver quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes.
- Take ownership of the results (customer/business outcome) of your squad.
- Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvements while coaching and supporting your teams.
- Coordinate dependencies and sequence Epics and Stories to ensure consistent delivery value.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable results for users and the business.
- Experience in translating business requirements into product concepts and solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with clear and effective written communication.
- Background working across multiple squads and contributing to the Product Management Chapter.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and designers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology and experience building and maintaining squad backlogs.
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Manager or similar.
- Proven experience working in Cyber Security, Identity, and Access Management.
- Squad-specific product knowledge: NetIQ and Azure preferred.
- Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Tertiary Degree preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
