Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of growing and optimizing business communications.

  • Promote and develop local, regional, and world-wide programs, events, and incentives to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities using Business Intelligence to inform decision making.
  • Mastery of the Marketing Plan and facilitation of business understanding with distributors.
  • Cultivate Recognition Programs by inspiring and expanding members' horizons from 'as is' to 'to be' vision.
Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • B2B experience with a proven track record of success.
  • An international outlook and comfort in embracing multiculturalism.
  • Discipline, motivation, and ability to maintain calm amidst competing deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities

This role also includes increasing and maximizing Herbalife's daily consumption models, developing and managing all promotions for Australia and NZ, and supporting Nutrition and Fit Clubs as key daily consumption models.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel domestically and internationally and uphold integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
