Industry Expertise: Claims Learning & Development

Zurich is seeking a skilled professional to join our Claims People Excellence team as a Claims Learning & Development Specialist. This exciting opportunity provides support to the claims team across our Group/Retail Life Insurance and General Insurance business.

The successful candidate will facilitate induction programs, coach new and existing employees, and design and deliver training on legislation, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs for claims teams
  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business needs and develop relevant learning solutions
  • Engage with external partners to plan and deliver technical training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad understanding of technical insurance concepts
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in training/mentoring roles in financial services operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience using Office 365, SharePoint, and Forms
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
