Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Claims Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that meet the needs of our business unit.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop targeted learning interventions.
  • Developing and delivering technical training programs that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and implementing learning strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to support the development of our team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in claims-related fields such as life insurance, trauma, lump sum (TPD), disability and income protection claims assessment and management requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and legal obligations impacting Life Insurance claim assessment.
