Transformation Leader: Delivery Excellence

This is a pivotal role that requires the development of an organisational delivery framework, covering all aspects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects by partnering with senior leadership and business units across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the organisational delivery framework.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align priorities and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Manage prioritisation forums and governance structures.
- Oversee program and project scoping, resourcing, and execution.
- Maintain a central view of initiatives, delivery risks, interdependencies, and resource capacity.
- At least 7 years' experience in programme/project delivery, leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience managing delivery portfolios and making trade-offs for maximum business impact.
- Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Practical approach to programme management and commercial acumen.
- A background in financial services, specifically asset finance, fleet management, or novated leasing, is essential.
- Hands-on experience working across large and small organisations is required.
