We are seeking a visionary Service Delivery Leader to drive transformation and efficiency across our operations in Oceania. As a key member of our Service Operations leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement best practices, digital tools, and processes to support large investments in our Service Centres and continuous improvement projects.
- Strengthen operational excellence by identifying and closing process gaps, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of customer commitments.
- Guide Product and Application experts to provide technical support and ensure operational readiness.
- Develop people and competence through training needs identification, support for competence development frameworks, and creation of a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in service operations, transformation, or continuous improvement, ideally in a complex manufacturing or industrial environment. You should also possess strong background in lean management, continuous improvement, or transformation/investment projects, with ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A collaborative leader who thrives on empowering teams and improving customer experience is essential for this position.
