As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll develop and execute cross-channel campaigns using our marketing automation technology stack.

You'll work closely with our eCommerce and Marketing teams to drive personalized communications across the customer lifecycle stages to acquire, retain, grow and win-back customers.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Manage and build audience targeting.
  • Design and build new journeys and optimize existing ones right across the customer lifecycle to retain, grow and win-back customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends and innovative technologies in marketing automation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Monitor Salesforce updates and new capabilities to ensure campaigns are optimized and utilize platform capabilities.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM or Data-Driven Marketing roles.
  • Excellent analytical capability to drive continual efficiencies and performance from marketing campaigns.
  • A CRM specialist who is customer-focused and seeks new ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Proficient in AMP script and SQL.
  • Experience in the travel/leisure or retail industry is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
