Senior Contract Manager

Contract administrator role available for experienced professionals to lead the administration of construction contracts in line with project objectives and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, tracking costs, managing forecasts, and ensuring financial reporting accuracy.

- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure
- Proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects
