As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with senior leadership to drive business performance by delivering actionable insights.

The Role
  • Interpret data, identify trends, and influence strategic decisions across the business.
  • Partner with trading divisions to optimise operational processes and reduce costs.
  • Analyse sales and customer trends to improve performance across multiple channels.
  • Provide commercial reporting on monthly accounts, costing analysis, and management reports.
  • Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting for specified divisions.
  • Create robust revenue forecasting processes and support month-end reviews.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of strategies.
  • Support price increase processes by analysing market conditions and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, accounting, management, or economics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience.
  • Strong track record in data analysis, business modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with financial software highly regarded.
  • Background in FMC or consumer products advantageous but not essential.
