Job Title: Business Analyst – Sales Strategy & Operations

  • Analyzing data to prepare insights using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, and CRM systems.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategies including market segmentation, headcount planning, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on performance, and pulling together executive-ready insights.
  • Running ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting business partners in day-to-day decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional in commerce, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a similar environment.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to Tableau, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable individual comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
