Commercial Insight Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insight Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales operations function, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining sales performance reports and dashboards, analyzing pipeline health, deal progression, and sales performance trends, and providing data-driven insights that shape sales strategy and execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform sales strategy and execution.
  • Design and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain CRM dashboards to support sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, product, and legal to assess complex opportunities and develop commercial strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial support, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior sales leaders, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
