Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior BI developers to design and deliver end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing BI reports and data models, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder engagement, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment, with experience in commercial storytelling and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand reporting needs, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Power BI, with experience in designing and delivering data visualizations and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
